Ranchi, March 22: Ten students from the College of Agricultural Engineering (CAE), Birsa Agricultural University (BAU) have successfully qualified GATE 2026, with Priyesh Ranjan Singh securing an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 38.
The other successful candidates include Raj Kumar, Pratyush Kumar, Ayush Kumar, Sanket Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, Divya Kumari, Dipesh Sau, Amit Kumar Pal, and Anupriya Kujur.
Students from Recent Batches Excel
CAE Associate Professor Dr Uttam Kumar said that all the qualifiers belong to batches from 2021–22 to 2023–24, highlighting consistent academic performance at the institute.

Gateway to Higher Studies and PSU Jobs
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026, conducted by IIT Guwahati on February 7, is a key national-level examination for admission to M.Tech and research programmes at premier institutes. It is also widely used by public sector undertakings (PSUs) for recruitment to entry-level officer positions.
